Travel and Transportation

• DL prefers to book her own travel and be reimbursed.
• DL flies coach, aisle seat, preferably exit row. Tell your budget, "You're welcome."
• DL prefers a non-smoking king bed room in hotels that are three-stars or higher, especially Hilton brands (ie: Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton).
• DL goes green where she can, and wants you and the planet to save on gas and car services.
  • If the airport, hotel, and venue are within roughly a third of a mile from mass transit stations, she's happy to take public transport.
  • If the hotel and venue aren't on mass transit, DL will take a shared airport shuttle service.
  • If the hotel and venue are way the heck out there, DL will tack a rental car and gas to the travel quote.

Food and Beverage

• DL does not drink any alcohol, so please don't supply any.
• DL's favorite hot beverage is a Starbucks decaf cinnamon dolce latte with soy milk. After they make it, always ask if it's decaf... 1/3 of the time, they forget and serve regular coffee/espresso.
• DL's second favorite hot beverage is black decaf coffee, just as is.
• DL's favorite cold beverage is water with a slice of lime. Tap water is fine where tap water is not disgusting.
• If tap water and water fountain water are safe, please supply one bottle of water. DL will be green and refill it.
• If tap water and water fountain water are hazards to human life, please supply lots of bottled water.
• DL has a few serious food allergies and sensitivities. If you are supplying any food, please consider the following:
  • DL is deathly allergic to fish, but can eat shellfish. This allergy is so serious that if someone uses the same spatula to flip a salmon burger and then Debbie's burger, Debbie will be sick.
  • DL is allergic to caffeine, and needs to avoid caffeinated coffees, teas, and sodas completely.
  • Where possible, DL prefers to eat non-dairy.
• DL is a carnivore.

Tech (for appearances)

• DL will not bring her wireless mic kit unless you ask her to bring it.
• If you are supplying wireless microphones, DL prefers a headest mic over a lapel mic.
